Room Set-up and Pictures of Results

Just a few things, I am expecting about 32 drivers for our first race for Season 2.

It would be great if all the drivers for the series could add each other to their friends list. I'll be setting up each room, but I'll need to leave and have one of you invite the last person into the room.

Also, if you have a digital camera and don't mind taking pictures of the race results, i'd appreciate it. This is the best and fairest way for me to get everybody's lap and race times. If you have a camera, please reply to this post and let me know so i can keep track of who can get the race results.

thanks, essentially, it will come down to how we all qualify and how the room placement goes from there. It will probably take a race or two to work out the details, but I'm sure we'll get everyone in a room and at least one person with a camera.

major how does placment work for the start of the first race

we are going to hold a qualification sesson about an hour before the race, then I'll sort the lap times and room placement will be determined by your fast lap. From that point forward, you will be placed in a room based on your finishing position of the race before.

This qually session will consist of five laps. Tires and Fuel will be Simulation, but Collisions and Damage will be off. Lap 1 will be for warm up, laps 2-4 will be your qualification laps, and lap five will be the cool down lap and will allow me to record the lap times.

Sorry major, I didnt understand that qualifying was only for the first week and the hour prior to the race. I have another league race that starts at 4 pst and usually goes until 530-545 because we do qualfiying every week. So I wont be available to help out prior to 6 pst.

i can take a pic.........and i don't mind being in the last room....as i will be one of the slower drivers...

thanks Z, I'll do my best to keep everyone in the room they qualify in, it will just be a matter of making sure someone in each room has a camera. if there is a room with no camera, then I'll have to move some people around.

I'll be glad to use my iPhone to snap a pic of the final results...probably need to snap 2 pics, actually.

I missed race 1 (sick as a dog), so could Major let me know what room I should expect to be in for race 2. I'm guessing room 2 or 3 depending on how many people show up.

Unless we are qual. for this race as well?

I'll get the room placement posted today, i can't run quallifying everyweek, it's way to time consuming. So you'll be in room 3 because you didnt' race last week, but after that you'll be placed on where you finish for this race (1st place in race 2 = Room 1 for Race 3 etc)
